PD & Barbie

Pastor Daven (PD) and Barbie are the Senior Leaders of Innovative Concepts.
They have been married for 24 years and still trying to figure out the whole marriage thing! They also have two wonderful daughters; Deandra (Deeds) who lives in Seattle, Washington and Christina (C Girl) who lives in San Diego.
PD and Barbie have a passion to reach the next generation and train them into becoming strong, vibrant, effective leaders to change the world.
Planting churches and influencing the marketplace in every way possible is a must in today's culture. We have to cultivate healthy environments in our marriages, families, workplace and communities.
